Ingredients
- Soapy Twist Sulfate Free Pearly Shampoo base, 150 grams
- Aloe Vera Distillate, 25 grams
- Filtered water, 25 grams
- Jasemine Soap Fragrance oil, 1 gram
- Green Basic color, 1 drop
Recipe
Time needed: 15 minutes
Most important, always remember to sanitize your work area and equipment with 99% Iso propyl alcohol, also known as rubbing alcohol.
- Weigh and pour the base
Firstly, take 150 grams Soapy Twist’s Sulfate Free Pearly Shampoo base in a sanitized wide mouthed container.
- Add Aloe vera Juice
Secondly, weigh and add 25 grams Aloe Vera Distillate to the base and stir continuously to ensure the juice is incorporated fully.
- Add Fragrance oil
Thirdly, add 1 gram of Essential oil or fragrance oil of your choice, here we have used Jasemine Fragrance oil.
- Adjust the consistency of shampoo
Your shampoo could have become thicker after adding Fragrance oil. Therefore, adjust the consistency of your shampoo by gradually adding upto 25 grams of filtered water and stir well till the water blends in fully.
- Add color (Optional)
Subsequently add a drop of green color and stir well for it to mix homogenously into the shampoo. This step, however, is optional.
- Pour in container
